If you're looking for a housing situation for your character, first take a look at the options available. Once you've selected a vacant board for your character's housing, fill out the application provided to obtain residency.

Here is where you come if you want to abandon one of your characters, and let someone else take it in your stead. You'll just have to fill out the Application, and then others can reply.

Here you may list what relationships your character is in with all of the other characters that they have conversed/interacted with.

In this board, your character can create a cell phone number, screen names for instant messaging services, and carry on conversations. There is also a section to post notifications, ads, invitations, and announcements.

Belleview is one of the more expensive apartment buildings in Clear Lake. This is not necessarily due to the fact that it is ritzy, but rather, the apartments are large, and it’s located a few blocks from the beach. It has a white brick outside and black metal lamps and fixtures, as well as flowerbeds in the front windows, with a large patch of grass, an old swing set and a sandbox in the back.

An older brick building across the street from Greenleaf Park. Three stories high with twenty-one apartments. The hallways are dimly lit with detaching wallpaper and dingy carpet. There is a parking lot for tenants with small patches of grass and small trees.

Concorde is a seven story white building with shrubbery and foliage of spiral design both in and around it. Its first floor is a cool lobby, a laundry room, and elevators. Its apartments are studios, four per level. It has clean lines, with lots of white walls and black tiled floor.

A white brick building surrounded by a black metal enclosure secludes a small patch of grass from the busy sidewalk. Past the grass emerges the stoop, and in turn, the main door. Stairs lead to basement and upper floors. Laundry Room and rooms 1-4 located in basement.

This is the community college of Clear Lake. It flourishes with out of state students, as well as local residents. Tuition is relatively cheap, an ideal school for budgets, yet the excellence and quality rivals that of the big league universities. Here a student can simply get their generals and electives completed, or start working on their major. It has two different buildings on campus. The school is a flourishing party school.

Frat Row is a strip of road along Callio College. It received its name due to the fact that it contains numerous fraternity houses and sorority houses all along the street. They all face towards the college, and many of the students who don’t take residency in a dorm are able to pledge for one of the houses. Many of the houses are notorious for co-ed booze parties.

The stables are located amidst the countryside a few miles outside of the city. It is spacious and offers enough room for many horses. The stables are owned and run by Zane Summers.

The fair grounds hold host to many of the equine competitions, for the grounds are spacious and of high quality. Each year during the summer, the town fair is set up for a few weeks.

In these woods are located many of the common riding trails. Some are leisure rides through prairies, while others go into the mountains for a more risky adventure.

This is the small neighborhood of homes in the countryside a few miles outside of the city. As construction continues, more homes will be available for purchase.

In this board there is many ways to interact with other members or put your suggestions in to the site. New boards may be added as your staff comes up with more ideas.

All of the moment nominations for each month will be posted here. We'd like if every member participated in the nominating, even if you don't know a lot of members/characters. Just take a lot around and threads to give you a brief idea.
